HARRISBURG – Rep. Jeremy Shaffer (R-Allegheny) commended the House for unanimously passing bipartisan legislation that would outlaw the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in political campaign advertisements to misrepresent a candidate. Shaffer was a co-sponsor of the bill.

Legislation to Protect Firefighters’ Income Passes House

HARRISBURG – The House of Representatives today on a unanimous vote passed legislation that would exempt income tax on length-of-service awards for volunteer firefighters, according to state Reps. Joe Kerwin and Justin Fleming, who introduced the bipartisan bill.

Celebrating June as ‘Life Month’
